How much does house cleaning cost?

Pricing depends on home size, number of rooms, current condition, and how often you schedule. We give a custom quote after a quick call. Recurring visits usually lower the per-visit price.

How often should I schedule home cleaning?

Choose what fits your household traffic. Weekly for busy homes with kids or pets, every two weeks for most homes, and monthly for low-traffic spaces.

Do I need to provide cleaning supplies?

No. We bring commercial-grade supplies and equipment. If you prefer a specific product, tell us and we can use it.

Are your products safe for pets and kids?

Yes. We use products that are safe when used as directed and offer eco-friendly options on request. Keep pets and children away from wet surfaces until dry.

Commercial Cleaning FAQs

What is included in a commercial/office cleaning?

Lobbies and common areas, desk surfaces and high-touch points, trash removal, vacuuming and mopping, restrooms sanitized, and breakrooms wiped down. Add-ons like interior windows and inside appliances are available.

Do you clean after business hours or on weekends?

Yes. We offer evening and weekend service so your operations are not disrupted. We follow your building access procedures.

Are you insured, and can you provide a COI?

Yes. We are fully insured and can provide a Certificate of Insurance on request.

How often should a business schedule cleaning?

It depends on foot traffic and team size. Many offices choose 2–5 times per week; smaller suites often choose weekly. We'll set a schedule that fits your space.

Do you bring supplies and follow safety standards?

Yes. We bring all supplies and equipment and follow OSHA-safe practices. Safety Data Sheets are available.

Specialized Cleaning FAQs

What's included in a move-in/move-out cleaning?

Deep cleaning of kitchens and bathrooms, inside cabinets and drawers, baseboards, light fixtures, and all floors. Inside fridge or oven can be added. Empty homes are fastest and most thorough.

What does post-construction cleanup involve?

Careful removal of fine dust and debris, HEPA vacuuming, and wipe-downs of all surfaces, vents, and fixtures. Because dust settles, a second pass is sometimes recommended.

Do you handle event preparation and next-day cleanup?

Yes. We can help prepare spaces before your event and return to remove trash, reset restrooms, and clean floors the next day or same night as scheduled.

Can I book these as a one-time service?

Yes. Move-in/move-out, post-construction, and event cleanup are available as one-time appointments with custom quotes.

How should I prepare for a specialized visit?

Clear surfaces and pathways, secure pets and valuables, share any special instructions, and ensure water and power are available.
