Privacy Policy

Effective date: October 22, 2026

This Privacy Policy explains what information HER Maintenance collects when you visit hermaintenance.net, why we collect it, who receives it, and the choices you have. HER Maintenance is a cleaning company based in Van Nuys, California.

Information we collect

• The quote form. When you ask for a quote, we receive your name, email, phone number, the service you picked, and the details you type. Formspree, a form service, processes the form and emails your request to us.
• Booking information. When you book a time, our scheduling provider, Calendly, collects your name, email, the time you choose, and any answers you give, then sends those details to us.
• Usage data. We use Google Analytics to see how people use the site: pages viewed, device and browser, the website that sent you here, and your general location based on your internet address. It stores small files called cookies in your browser so it can recognize a return visit.
• Server records. Netlify hosts this website. Like any web host, it records basic details of each visit, such as your internet address and browser type, to deliver pages and keep the site secure.
• Photos. Some pictures on this site load from Pexels, a free photo library. Your browser asks Pexels for those pictures directly, so Pexels sees your internet address.

How we use your information

We use what you send us to answer your request, prepare your quote, and schedule your cleaning. Usage data shows us which pages help people, so we can improve the site. We do not sell your personal information.

Service providers we use

These companies handle information for this website, each under its own privacy policy:

• Formspree, the quote form: privacy policy
• Calendly, the booking calendar: privacy notice
• Google, through Google Analytics: how Google uses information from sites that use its services
• Netlify, website hosting: privacy policy
• Pexels, photos on this site

We also share information when the law requires it.

Tracking by other companies

Google and Calendly collect information about your activity on this site, and their services run on many other websites too. Google receives usage data through Google Analytics. The booking calendar runs Calendly's own tools inside it, under Calendly's privacy notice. Those have included tools from Google, Meta (Facebook) and Stripe.

To turn off Google Analytics on every website you visit, install Google's opt-out add-on. Your browser settings also let you block or clear cookies.

Do Not Track

Some browsers send a "Do Not Track" signal. This website works the same way whether or not it receives one.

How long we keep it

We keep your information for as long as we need it to answer you, do the work, and run our business. You can ask us to delete it at any time; see Your choices below.

Your choices

To see, correct, or delete the information you sent us, call us at (818) 277-4618. We will not treat you differently for asking.

Children

This website is meant for adults arranging cleaning services. It is not directed to children under 13, and we do not knowingly collect information from children.

Changes to this policy

When this policy changes, the new version goes on this page with a new effective date at the top.
